Pflegehilfe und Pflegeassistenz: Ein Überblick über die landesrechtlichen Regelungen für die Ausbildung und den Beruf

Abstract

Der Beitrag stellt die wesentlichen Aspekte der landesrechtlichen Regelungen für die Ausbildung in der Pflegehilfe und -assistenz dar und zeigt Gemeinsamkeiten sowie Unterschiede auf. Auch nach Einführung der generalistischen Ausbildung zur Pflegefachfrau/zum Pflegefachmann im Jahr 2020 existieren in den Bundesländern noch 27 verschiedene mindestens einjährige Ausbildungen in der Pflegehilfe und -assistenz mit deutlichen quantitativen und qualitativen Unterschieden. Ausgehend von einer vergleichenden Übersicht über die Inhalte der wesentlichen Rechtsnormen und Ordnungsmittel werden Handlungsempfehlungen für eine bundesweite Harmonisierung der Ausbildungen gegeben.
