Abstract

Das Forschungsprojekt 'Planung und Gestaltung von Ausbildung im Kontext des Lernens im Prozess der Arbeit' untersuchte die Frage, wie Betriebe ihre Ausbildung planen und gestalten. Um ein möglichst breites Spektrum an verschiedenen Ausbildungsbetrieben abzubilden, wurden 17 Ausbildungsberufe in die Untersuchung aufgenommen. Die Forschungsergebnisse basieren auf der Auswertung von 45 betrieblichen Fallstudien im Jahr 2019 und 1.343 Telefoninterviews im Jahr 2020 mit Ausbildungsverantwortlichen in Betrieben zu 18 dualen Ausbildungsberufen. Auf Basis der Projektergebnisse wird die Überarbeitung der Hauptausschuss-Empfehlung 12 'Empfehlung zur sachlichen und zeitlichen Gliederung der Berufsausbildung' vorgeschlagen. Des Weiteren sollten alle relevanten qualitätssichernden Instrumente, insbesondere das Berichtsheft, digital verknüpft und integriert sowie Ausbildungsordnungen digital zur Verfügung gestellt und Modellausbildungspläne erarbeitet werden. Daran anschließend wird die Entwicklung und Erprobung kompetenzbasierter Umsetzungshilfen zur Unterstützung kleiner Betriebe empfohlen.
