Productividad Y Creación De Empleo: Un Análisis Comparativo Entre Las Diferentes Estructuras Organizativas De Las Empresas Familiares Y No Familiares

Abstract

La investigación tiene como objetivo estudiar el efecto de la forma de propiedad de la empresa y de la separación entre propiedad y gestión, en el rendimiento empresarial medido en términos de creación de empleo y productividad. Para ello se compara empresas familiares y no familiares en general y entre aquellas empresas que han delegado la dirección en terceros, y entre aquellas en las que la propiedad asume la dirección. El estudio utiliza información procedente de la Encuesta sobre Estrategias Empresariales referida a una muestra representativa de empresas manufactureras españolas, entre 2007-2016 (último año disponible en la ESEE).
