Abstract

Organizacije će biti uspješne u onoj mjeri u kojoj im to omogućava njihov organizacijski dizajn. Menadžeri sve više postaju svjesni kako su znanja i vještine dizajniranja organizacije neophodni u današnjem poslovnom svijetu, čija se složenost preslikava i na složenost samih organizacijskih rješenja. Kako bi mogli odgovoriti na novonastale izazove i prilike, oni se trebaju još bolje upoznati s temeljnim znanjima u području organizacijskog dizajna. Kroz definiranje organizacijskog dizajna i njegovih osnovnih karakteristika, objašnjenje ključnih organizacijskih elemenata, kao i modela putem kojih se isti usklađuju, u članku će biti predstavljene ključne spoznaje iz područja organizacijskog dizajna. Također, bit će naglašeni i potencijalni rezultati i učinkovitost prakse dizajniranja organizacije, koji će potvrditi kako je riječ o vrlo važnom i nezaobilaznoj poslovnoj praksi. Štoviše, na organizacijski dizajn treba gledati kako na izvor konkurentske prednosti te kao takav on bi trebao biti na vrhu liste prioriteta uspješnih menadžera ili onih koji takvima žele postati.
