Gelir Dagilimi - Beseri Sermaye Iliskisi ve Türkiye Uzerine Bir Degerlendirme

Abstract

Gelir dagilimi, insanlik tarihinde hep bir sorun olarak var ola gelmistir. Fakat bu sorun, son bir kac yüzyildir varligini daha cok hissettirmistir. Modern caglarda ekonomi biliminin insanliga sundugu ekonomik optimizasyonlar, goz ardi edilen gelir daðilimi sorunu hakkinda cok fazla bir sey onerememistir. Ornegin liberal piyasa ekonomisi, gelirin adil dagitilmasi konusunda, ekonomik büyümenin saglanmasi konusunda oldugu gibi iyi bir cözüm ortaya koyamamistir. Nitekim gelirin adil daðitilamamasi, alternatif sistem önerisinin veya XX. yüzyilin ikinci yarisinda sosyal refah devleti anlayiþinin meydana gelmesinde en büyük rol sahibi olmustur. Bu bakimdan, ürettikleri refahin, kabul edilebilir bir bicimde bolünmesi her ülke icin üzerinde önemle durulmasi gereken bir konudur.
