Abstract

Cet article présente d’une part, les règles de fonctionnement des entreprises virtuelles et d’autre part, les problèmes auxquels ces nouvelles organisations se heurtent. Nous montrons que les NTIC ne sont que rarement utilisées dans une approche globale et intégrée et que l’entreprise virtuelle est encore un mode d’organisation à inventer.
