Büyüme ile ilgili temel kavramlar

Abstract

Verimlilik ve verimlilik artisi (büyüme) hemen hemen herkes tarafindan ve her meslekle ilgili olarak kullanilan temel kavramlar olmasina karsin kullanan kisinin amacina göre farkli anlamlar icerebilmektedir. Örnegin bir ögretmenin verimli olmasi ile bir siyasetcinin veya marangozun verimli olmasi arasinda önemli icerik farkliliklari vardir. Benzer sekilde bürokraside verimlilik anlayisi ile lastik üreten bir isletmenin verimlilik anlayisi arasinda da farkliliklar vardir. Bu makalenin temel amaci ekonomik büyüme ile ilgili calýsmalari cok yakndan ilgilendiren “verimlilik”, “verimlilik artisi (büyüme)”, “nitelikli emek” ve “teknolojik yenilik” gibi anahtar kavramlarin ne anlama geldiklerini tartismaktir.
