Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqot ish haqining adolatliligi to`g`risidagi jamoatchilik fikrida ayollarga nisbatan tizimli e`tiqodini namoyish qiladi. Markaziy Osiyoning uchta davlatida 4500 respondentga taqdim etilgan 70 000 dan ortiq alohida faraziy vaziyatlar bo`yicha umummilliy reprezentativ tajribalarida respondentlar gipotetik vaziyatda (sub`ekt) tavsiflangan tasodifiy tanlangan shaxs ayol bo`lganligini, ish haqi «juda yuqori» deb aytish ehtimoli 13 foizga ko`proq tasdiqlashgan, va erkak haqida gap ketganda, ish haqi «juda past» deb aytishni 34 % ga ko`proq tasdiqlashgan. Erkaklar uchun ish haqining ancha uyqori foydasiga siljish modeli barcha uchala mamlakatda, ham erkak-respondentlar, ham va ayol- respondentlar orasida va ko`rib chiqilgan sakkizta kasbning har biri uchun odatdagi darajada statistik jihatdan ahamiyatli bo`lgan. Natijalar, shuningdek, keksa ishchilar foydasiga, xususan, «oq yoqalilar» kasblar uchun ahamiyatli tarafkashlik mavjudligini va tajribaga kiritilgan «ko`k yoqalilar» kasblar uchun bu qaramlikning yo`qligini namoyish etadi. Xulosalar ish haqida gender farqiga hissa qo`shuvchi omil sifatida tarafkashlikning muhimligini, va ish haqini belgilashda jins belgisi bo`yicha kamsitishlarining oldini olish uchun teng ish haqi qoidalarining ahamiyatini tasdiqlaydi.
