Abstract

Health is an essential quality in human being. It is defined as a state of complete physical, mental and social well- being and not merely the absence of disease (WHO, 2003). This definition intends to embrace the other components that contribute to positive health like spiritual, emotional, behavioral and cultural. Key Words:Health, mental health Policy
