Transizioni democratiche e relazioni sindacali: l'uscita dalle dittature fascista e franchista

Abstract

Il presente lavoro cerca di proporre una riflessione sulla riorganizzazione di un sistema di relazioni sindacali in un processo storico complesso com'è quello della transizione da un regime autoritario a uno democratico. La transizione è intesa come un periodo di tempo nel quale il regime ha già perso alcune delle caratteristiche del regime anteriore ma ancora non ha preso tutti i nuovi aspetti del seguente. Le vicende del movimento sindacale identificano problemi centrali in ogni tipo di transizione democratica come quelli della la capacità dei regimi liberali di trasformarsi verso assetti liberal-democratici o i margini di competizione fra l'organizzazione pluralistica della società e le regole della democrazia politica. L'opzione di un approccio comparativo può servire ad arricchire l'analisi (malgrado le evidenti differenze di contesto storico e sociale), vedendo le differenti scelte operate davanti a problemi che nonostante tutto non sono così diversi.
