Abstract

Les initiatives internationales de la Chine sont multiples et diversifiées :préserver ses intérêts territoriaux et maritimes, assurer son approvisionnement en énergie et matières premières, ou encore investir dans les infrastructures de transport ou de télécommunication à l’étranger. Cette montée en puissance multidimensionnelle de la Chine dans le monde est de plus en plus visible dans les pays en développement. C’est particulièrement le cas en Afrique et en Amérique latine et aux Caraïbes, où les présences chinoises engendrent autant d’enjeux que de défis.
