Abstract

[fr] La présente contribution se penche sur le mode de positionnement international de l'Union européenne (UE) pour s'intéresser à ses politiques extérieures ainsi qu'aux discours tant académiques qu'officiels qui les accompagnent. L'analyse empirique se focalise sur la stratégie méditerranéenne et latino-américaine de l'Union. Cette étude comparative permet de confronter la réalité au discours qui présente l'Europe comme un acteur construisant des ponts -- et non pas des murs -- entre le Nord et le Sud.
