Abstract
Se describen y analizan os PGE-2009 del Sector Público Administrativo a partir del Proyecto de Presupuestos que el gobierno ha presentado y entregado a las Cortes Generales. En primer lugar, describirá el marco normativo en el que se elaboran y ejecutan los presupuestos. En segundo lugar, se expondrán los objetivos de política económica y presupuestaria establecidos en los presupuestos. En tercer lugar, se destacarán y se analizarán sus rasgos más importantes, tanto desde el punto de vista económico. En cuarto lugar, se analizarán las políticas de gasto. Y, finalmente, se presentarán unas conclusiones.
