Innovación tecnológica y requerimientos de fuerza de trabajo altamente cualificada en España

Abstract

Recoge los resultados de una investigación que se llevó a cabo durante los años 1.977 y 1.978 acerca de los requisitos de mano de obra que implica la adopción de tecnologías innovadoras en el sistema productivo español. Dicha investigación centró su atención básicamente en los elementos cualitativos que configuran los requerimientos de cualificación del personal técnico ocupado en empresas que desarrollan actividades en campos innovadores como la electrónica, informática, telecomunicaciones, automática y robótica, láser, biotecnologías, energías renovables, nuevos materiales y acuicultura.
