Un comentario a los aspectos fiscales del Libro Blanco sobre la formación del mercado interior en la Comunidad Económica Europea

Abstract

El objetivo último de la CEE consiste en la consecución de un conjunto de libertades que garanticen el correcto funcionamiento del Mercado Común, en libertad de circulación de mercancías, de servicios, de personas y de capitales. Todo ello exige un importante esfuerzo que se ha concretado en un documento muy ambicioso publicado el 14 de junio de 1985 y titulado Libro Blanco de la Comisión a solicitud del Consejo Europeo sobre formación del mercado interior común. Siendo el tema que nos ocupa en este documento las medidas para el logro de la eliminación de las fronteras fiscales.
