Abstract
Los Presupuestos Generales del Estado constituyen el instrumento financiero más importante que tienen los gobiernos para alcanzar sus fines de política económica. Los actuales Presupuestos Generales del Estado para el 2007 (PGE-2007, en adelante) se han configurado según se indica en los mismos, con el fin de mantener un modelo de crecimiento, “equilibrado, productivo, sostenible y solidario” informe Económico y Financiero (2006, pag.124), lo que supone continuidad con los objetivos establecidos en las propuestas de años anteriores.
