Abstract

En este trabajo se profundiza en el conocimiento del sentido y alcance de las reformas tributarias habidas en los veinte primeros años del siglo XX, convencido de la trascendencia que, al fragor del debate político, alcanzan entonces conceptos y categorías tributarias llamadas a tener una honda resonancia posterior. El trabajo ofrece una perspectiva novedosa para el conocimiento de los principales hitos de la historia de la Hacienda, en las dos primeras décadas del siglo actual, que resultará de gran interés para todos aquellos estudiosos que, desde los distintos niveles académicos, se aproximen al tratamiento de estas cuestiones.
