Para Politikasi, Parasal Buyuklukler ve Kuresel Mali Kriz Sonrasi Gelismeler

Abstract

Bu calismada, parasal buyukluklerin para politikasindaki rolune dair yasanan teorik ve ampirik tartismalara isik tutulmaya calisilmaktadir. Kuresel mali kriz sonrasi gelismeler de bu kapsamda degerlendirilerek bu tartismadaki onemi vurgulanmaktadir. Diger yandan parasal buyuklukleri para politikalari stratejilerine entegre edebilmis ulkerin para politikalari incelenerek, Turkiye�de parasal buyukluklerden daha fazla faydalanabilmenin yollari aranmaktadir. Yaptigimiz analizler, Turkiye�de genis para kullanilarak (M2Y) hesaplanan gelir dolanim hizinin uzun vadeli egiliminin tahmin edilebilir oldugunu gostermektedir. Parasal buyume orani ve enflasyon arasinda istikrarli bir iliskinin varligina isaret eden bu bulgu, Turkiye i�in fiyat istikrariyla tutarli parasal buyume oraninin hesaplanmasina imkan vermesi nedeniyle onemlidir. Ayni zamanda elde ettigimiz sonuclar, parasal buyume dinamiklerinin bu orandan sapmalarinin kalici olmasinin ekonomide olusmakta olan mali dengesizliklere ve enflasyonist risklere isaret edebilecegini gostermektedir.
