Abstract

Bu notta, para politikasi stratejisi olarak enflasyon hedeflemesi uygulayan 22 ulkenin hesap verme mekanizmasi incelenmis; bu mekanizmanin isleyisinin, gerek sikligi gerekse icerigi bakimindan farkliliklar arz ettigi tespit edilmistir. Turkiye ornegine bakildiginda, Turkiye Cumhuriyet Merkez Bankasinin hesap verebilirlik ilkesinin gereklerini yerine getirdigi gorulmektedir.
