Abstract

Comment passer d'une croissance reposant sur l'imitation et le rattrapage technologique à une croissance créatrice d'emploi fondée sur l'innovation et les hautes technologies ? Philippe Aghion et Elie Cohen proposent d'investir dans l'enseignement supérieur et de faire évoluer graduellement le système français d'enseignement supérieur et de recherche. Ils fondent leurs propositions sur une analyse macroéconomique des moteurs de la croissance.
