Abstract

On assiste à des inflexions nouvelles dans les débats sur la construction européenne. Moins visibles que des déclarations publiques, des conférences essentielles et ateliers se tiennent pour aborder de nouvelles options, sous des angles économiques et politiques différents. Le débat est plus vif en Allemagne qu’en France. En cause probablement le débat caricatural français pendant les élections présidentielles, sur la forme « pour ou contre la monnaie unique », alors que le débat préalable est de discuter comment orienter les institutions de la zone euro au service de la croissance et des inégalités.
