Das duale Programm der Erloesmaximierung in der Aussenhandelstheorie

Abstract

In der Aussenhandelstheorie wird das Angebot und die Nachfrage mit Hilfe der Dualitaetstheorie abgebildet. Dabei wird auf nationaler Ebene das Problem der Erloesmaximierung untersucht, wobei die nationalen Faktorbestaende und die Produktionstechnologien der einzelnen Unternehmen gegeben sind. Unterstellt man Einproduktunternehmen, dann liegt mit der optimalen Faktorallokation auf die Unternehmen gleichzeitig das Gueterangebot fest. Analog zur linearen Programmierung wird nun ein zweites Problem untersucht, in dem die Faktorbestaende mit Schattenpreisen bewertet werden, so dass die Faktorkosten ein Minimum annehmen. Die entsprechenden Nebenbedingungen verlangen, dass die Stueckkosten eines Gutes dessen Preis nicht unterschreiten duerfen. Das zentrale Ergebnis dieser Ueberlegungen lautet, dass die nationalen Erloese mit den nationalen Faktorkosten uebereinstimmen, also keine positiven Gewinne erzielt werden. Dieser Beitrag zeigt, dass diese Beobachtung kein unmittelbares Ergebnis der Dualitaetstheorie ist, so wie es die lineare Programmierung vermuten laesst, sondern wesentlich auf der Annahme linear-homogener Produktionstechnologien beruht.
