Abstract

В последнее время много и со вкусом обсуждают, на что можно было бы потратить деньги Стабилизационного фонда, объем которого нарастает со страшной силой. Проектов масса - от самых экзотических, типа полета на Марс, до вполне прозаичных (пустить на коммунальную реформу). Наш корреспондент встретился с академиком РАН Виктором ИВАНТЕРОМ, директором Института народнохозяйственного прогнозирования, чтобы уточнить, как выгоднее обойтись с государственной заначкой.
