Формирование Комплекса Мер, Обеспечивающих Сохранность Земель И Их Эффективное Использование

Abstract

В работе, на основе статистических данных, анализируется меняющаяся экономико-экологическая ситуация в отраслях АПК Российской Федерации в динамике в связи с его реструктуризацией. Основной вывод анализа состоит в том, что экономический беспредел в отношении сельского производителя на этапе перехода к рынку повлек за собой дальнейшее усугубление экологической ситуации в сельском хозяйстве, характеризующееся снижением содержания гумуса и плодородия почв в целом, деградацией земель, сокращением площадей сельскохозяйственных угодий и др. Корректировка хода проводимых реформ в сельском хозяйстве должна быть направлена, в первую очередь, на формирование комплекса мер по приостановлению деградации и улучшению использования земель и на этой основе - рост сельскохозяйственного производства.
