Abstract

В отчете содержится критический анализ текущей экономической политики, нашедшей отражение в проекте федерального бюджета на 1995 г. Сделана попытка обоснования объективного происхождения ряда негативных последствий санации российского хозяйства, проводимого в режиме "шоковой" либерализации. Показаны пути обновления экономики по завершению "шокового" реформирования, в том числе за счет элементов мягкого государственного регулирования и обогащения структуры институтов становящегося рынка организацией финансово-промышленных групп.
