Abstract

Объектом исследования научного отчета являются эколого-экономические проблемы устойчивого развития России. Цель работы - разработка механизмов и инструментария устойчивого развития национальной экономики. Главными научными инструментами работы явились экономический анализ, включая эколого экономический вид такого анализа, а также системный анализ и его разновидности - понятийный контент-анализ,информационное моделирование, теория множеств, теория многомерных информационных пространств. Для решения поставленных задач также применены методы научного обобщения, экспертных оценок, группировок, сравнения, агрегирования, качественно-количественного шкалирования, социологического и статистического анализа, прогнозирования.
