Abstract

Объектом исследования научного отчета являются институциональные механизмы управления экономикой России. Цель работы - разработка новых технологий и подходов к формированию эффективных институциональных механизмов управления экономикой России. Главными научными инструментами работы явились таксономический подход, институциональный анализ, позволяющий дать описательные и объяснительные модели коррекции и дисфункции как видам институциональных изменений. Для решения поставленных задач также применены методы научного обобщения, экспертных оценок, группировок, сравнения, агрегирования, качественно-количественного шкалирования, социологического и статистического анализа, прогнозирования.
