Abstract

Объектом исследования научного отчета являются государственные ведомства и хозяйствующие субъекты, действующие на отраслевых рынках. В работе разработаны новые технологии и подходы к формированию эффективных механизмов управления экономикой России применительно к отраслевым рынкам. Главными научными инструментами работы явились экономический анализ, включая эколого- экономический вид такого анализа, а также системный анализ и его разновидности - понятийный контент анализ, информационное моделирование, теория множеств, теория многомерных информационных пространств. Для решения поставленных задач в отчете применены методы научного обобщения, экспертных оценок, группировок, сравнения, агрегирования, качественно-количественного шкалирования, социологического и статистического анализа, прогнозирования.
