Abstract

В отчете обоснованы национальные приоритеты обеспечения промышленной безопасности в условиях обострения объективных и инициированных рисков и угроз. Сформирована карта внешних и внутренних угроз в области технологий и промышленности, имеющих конкретное качественное и количественное измерение и распространенных на конкретные виды промышленных производств. Выполнен комплексный анализ способов негативного воздействия на научно-техническое и технологическое развитие страны. Предложен ряд мер по укреплению безопасности в научно-технической и технологической сфере. Выявлены и обоснованы факторы, обеспечивающие приоритет научно-технического и технологического развития одного экономического субъекта по сравнению с другим (одной страны, или корпорации перед другой).
