Abstract

В отчете рассмотрены подходы к технологической модернизации с учетом требований инновационной экономики. Выявлено, что одной из важнейших составляющих роста инновационной компоненты в промышленности и, как следствие необходимость технологической модернизации, является увеличение количества и качества человеческого капитала (или квалификации рабочей силы с практической точки зрения). Человеческий капитал будет способствовать, с одной стороны, росту производительности труда в промышленности и увеличит инновационную активность, с другой – увеличит спрос на конечную продукцию из-за более высокой стоимости своего труда. Отчет выполнен по теме Государственного задания ИПР РАН на 2014-2016 гг.
