Abstract

В отчете кратко обсуждаются этапы развития научной электронной библиотеки ИПР РАН, ключевые идеи технологии открытых архивов, на которой она основана, реализованный в системе подход, обеспечивающий семантическое обогащение ее контента пользователями системы в онлайновом режиме путем создания семантических связей научного характера между ее информационными объектами на основе разработанной таксономии семантических связей. Обсуждаются новые формы научной деятельности, а также новые возможности для наукометрических исследований на контенте системы, которые обеспечиваются благодаря использованию предложенного подхода. Приводятся сравнительные оценки востребованности информационных ресурсов библиотеки научным сообществом пользователей системы Соционет. Отчет выполнен по теме № 15 Государственного задания ИПР РАН на 2014-2016 гг.
