Abstract

Доказана необходимость отхода от либеральной доктрины реформирования экономики в пользу активной экономической политики государства на основе внутренних источников роста. Инструментом осуществления модернизации экономики может стать, при определенных условиях, финансово-денежная политика. Разработаны предложения по преобразованию финансово-денежной политики с целью её превращения в инструмент модернизации российской экономики.
