Abstract

В настоящем отчете отражен всесторонний анализ затрат на охрану окружающей среды. Собрана информация, позволившая сформировать коэффициенты природоохранных затрат в расчете на стоимостную единицу продукции каждой отрасли промышленности. Количественно определены экологические издержки как сумма природоохранных затрат и ущерба от загрязнения. Дана оценка экономической эффективности очистных мероприятий, проводимых на предприятиях каждой отрасли. Исследовано, как изменится эффективность отраслевых производств при увеличении платежей за загрязнение и при достижении нормативного уровня обезвреживания отходов.
