Abstract

Рассматриваются проблемы совершенствования финансового механизма в сфере аграрно-промышленного комплекса России. Отмечается, что состояние сельскохозяйственного производства сейчас никак нельзя назвать благополучным, хотя и наметилась некоторая тенденция к его возрождению, изменилось в лучшую сторону и отношение к нему со стороны властных структур, что нашло свое отражение в его присутствии среди приоритетных национальных проблем провозглашенных президентом. Констатируется, что за прошедшие годы так и не был надлежащим образом сформирован финансовый механизм в сфере АПК. В работе рассматриваются вопросы финансовой устойчивости сельскохозяйственных предприятий, необходимость разработки экономического механизма управления этой устойчивостью. Отмечается необходимость совершенствования ценообразования в АПК, его связь с улучшением финансового положения сельского хозяйства, показана роль вертикальной интеграции для выравнивания финансовых условий смежных отраслей АПК.
