Abstract

В работе проведен анализ состояния финансов предприятий в условиях реализации финансовой и денежно-кредитной политики, разработанный в рамках экономической программы на долгосрочную перспективу и плана первоочередных мер, одобренных правительством России. Исследованы предпосылки направления финансовых потоков в реальный сектор хозяйства и обеспечение экономического роста. Сделан вывод о том, что завершение трансформации предприятия в самовоспроизводящийся рыночный субъект требует системных преобразований, реализующихся в результате активных действий государства. Далее подчеркивается, что экономика не исчерпывается рынком, что решение стратегических задач не решается на рыночном уровне, и существуют границы доступной рынку оптимизации экономики.
