Новая Модель Хозяйственных Отношений Для Государственных Сельскохозяйственных Предприятий

Abstract

В работе обосновывается необходимость применения для госсельхозпредприятий новой модели хозяйственных отношений, при которой в отличие от традиционного подхода сначала определяются не текущие издержки производства, а прибыль и рента. Такой подход позволит находить фонд оплаты труда коллективов госселькозпредприятий путем вычитания из их валового дохода прибыли и ренты. Кроме новой модели хозяйственных отношений для госсельхозпредприятий в работе предлагается принципиально новая система исчисления ренты, в основу которой кладется не балльная оценка земель, а укрупнение существующей группировки почв и дифференциация в каждом хозяйстве одного отчетного значения урожайности по каждой культуре на столько расчетных значений урожайности, сколько в составе его (хозяйства) пашни получается укрупненных агропроизводственных групп почв. В работе также рассматриваются вопросы формирования цен на сельскохозяйственную продукцию.
