Abstract

В докладе арендные отношения рассматриваются как важнейший институт повышения эффективности использования государственной и муниципальной собственности в условиях государственно-частного партнёрства. В докладе анализируются преимущества и недостатки арендных отношений, методические вопросы определения величины арендной платы и её влияние на пополнение доходной части региональных и муниципальных бюджетов. In report, leases are regarded as the most important institution more efficient use of state and municipal ownership in the context of public-private partnership. The report examines the advantages and disadvantages of the lease, methodological issues of determining the value of the rent and its impact on the revenue side of the completion of regional and municipal budgets.
