Abstract

В монографии рассматриваются теоретические и методологические проблемы становления экономической стратегии России на базе государственно-частного партнёрства. Предложен концептуальный подход к формированию институтов и механизмов взаимодействия государства и бизнеса в целях обеспечения устойчивого развития экономики на инновационной основе. В работе подробно рассматривается зарубежный и отечественный опыт функционирования ГЧП и основные направления повышения эффективности взаимодействия государства, частного бизнеса и институтов гражданского общества с целью обеспечения экономического роста и социализации общественных отношений. This monograph examines the theoretical and methodological problems of becoming Russia's economic strategy, based on these public-private partnership. We propose a conceptual approach to the formation of institutions and mechanisms of interaction between government and business in order to ensure sustainable economic development on the basis of innovation. This paper details foreign and domestic experience of the PPP and main directions of efficiency enhancement of interaction between government, private business and civil society institutions to ensure economic growth and socialization of public relationships.
