Abstract

В работе рассматривается методика сравнительной оценки уровня инновационного развития регионов России. Методика базируется на регулярной статистике, предоставляемой Росстатом, Роспатентом и т.д. Показатели, используемые для сопоставления и охватывающие многие стороны инновационного процесса, разбиты на группы, отражающие различные его стороны: инновационный потенциал, инновационная инфраструктура и инновационный климат, а также результативность инновационной деятельности. В работе также исследуется влияние сложившейся отраслевой специализации регионов на инновационную деятельность в них. The theme of this work is the procedure of comparative evaluation of the level of innovative development of Russian regions. The procedure is based on regular statistics provided by the Federal State Statistics Service, the Federal Institute of Industrial Property etc. Indicators used for comparison covering many aspects of the innovation process divided into groups reflecting its different aspects: innovative potential, innovation infrastructure and innovative climate and the impact of innovation. The paper also examines the impact of the current economic specialization of regions on innovation in them.
