Abstract

В статье обосновывается необходимость увеличения накопления капитала в России для модернизации экономики. Под модернизацией понимается увеличение объема и качества национального богатства, прежде всего основного капитала, в расчете на одного жителя до уровня примерно сравнимого с развитыми странами. Результатом должно стать соответствующее улучшение уровня жизни населения. Предлагается увеличить объем и долю накопления в ВВП. При этом предполагается сохранить достаточно заметный рост конечного потребления. The necessity to increase the capital formation in Russia to modernize the economy. Under the modernization means increasing the volume and quality of the national wealth, especially fixed capital per capita to a level comparable to the developed countries. The result should be a corresponding improvement in living standards. Proposed to increase the amount and proportion of saving and capital formation in GDP. Thus it is supposed to save enough significant growth of final consumption.
