Abstract

В статье рассмотрены концептуальные положения стратегии инновационного развития экономики России, вытекающие из логики хозяйственной жизни и кризиса структуры. Их реализация позволит обеспечить поворот к новому экономическому курсу и созидательного развития России The article describes the conceptual provisions of the strategy of innovative development of the Russian economy, arising from the logic of economic life and the crisis structure. Their implementation will provide a turn to a new economic course and creative development of Russia
