Abstract

Стратегия-2020 - документ, определяющий основные приоритеты социально-экономического развития Российской Федерации на период до 2020 г. Проект Федерального закона призван заложить основы нормативно-правового регулирования отечественной культуры. Разберемся, что ожидает сферу культуры в долгосрочной перспективе, какие рекомендации менеджеров культуры были учтены при подготовке законопроекта и к чему следует готовиться руководителям учреждений культуры в связи с принятием нового закона о культуре в Российской Федерации. Strategy 2020 - a document that sets out the main priorities of socio-economic development of the Russian Federation until 2020. Draft Federal Law "On the Culture of the Russian Federation" lays down the foundations of legal regulation of national culture. See what awaits the cultural sector in the long term, what recommendations for cultural managers were considered in the preparation of the bill.
