Abstract

Монография посвящена проблемам кластеризации в российской экономике с позиций ее модернизации и повышения конкурентоспособности. Подчеркивается важная роль государства в формировании эффективной кластерной политики, направленной на существенное улучшение бизнес-климата и стимулирующей приоритетное развитие высокотехнологичных отраслей. Показаны некоторые наиболее удачные практики развертывания процессов кластеризации в российских регионах. The monograph is devoted to the problems of clustering in the Russian economy in term of its modernization and competitiveness. The authors emphasize the important role of the state in the formation of an effective cluster policy to a significant improvement in the business climate and stimulating the development of high priority industries. They also focus on the most successful practices of deploying the clustering process in the Russian regions.
