Abstract

В статье приведены основные риски управления земельными ресурсам городов .Отсутствие генеральных планов городов, схем развития инженерных инфраструктур, полноценной градостроительной документации также тормозят строительство, препятствуют переводу земель из одной категории в другую. Не всегда должным образом оформлена государственная собственность, что обусловливает необходимость предварительных инвестиций в проведение работ по оформлению всей необходимой документации еще до начала сотрудничества в рамках различных проектов. The main risks of management are given in article ground to resources of the cities a.otsutstviye of master plans of the cities, schemes of development of engineering infrastructures, high-grade town-planning documentation also brake construction, interfere with transfer of lands from one category in another. Not always the state ownership that causes need of preliminary investments into work on registration of all necessary documentation even prior to the beginning of cooperation within various projects is properly issued.
