Abstract

The article demonstrate that there are only two paradigms of human system within the all the centuries-old way of the human community. Cycles, crises, chaos and all negative phenomena are a natural result of the second indirect paradigm of development. The new model of life arrangement at every local level at the same time corresponds (at а higher level of technology) to the original paradigm of development based on a direct link between production and consumption. Thus, the theory of economic growth, designed by Simon Kuznets, would be even more demanded for the future economic development in the 21st century, if this theory is combined with the vector of research that would provide for the proper understanding of the objective laws of human community development and the possibility for compliance therewith in reality. The main point is not to miss time!
