Abstract

Studiul are ca obiectiv principal evidenţierea rolului capitalului instituţional şi al elementelor sale componente, ca factori primari, asupra rezultatelor economice la nivel naţional, folosind indicatori de măsurare şi modele econometrice adecvate. În acest scop sunt supuse analizei următoarele aspecte: definirea capitalului instituţional şi a elementelor componente din perspectiva operaţionalizării acesteia; exprimarea numerică a capitalului instituţional şi a elementelor componente prin indicatori, precum şi descrierea conţinutului acestora; confirmarea influenţei semnificative a capitalului instituţional asupra rezultatelor economice. În aplicarea diferitelor variante de modele econometrice cu două şi mai multe variabile pe două eşantioane (ţările UE şi ţările lumii), o atenţie specială se acordă problemelor privind verificarea prezumţiei independenţei factorilor, multicoliniaritatea şi atenuarea urmărilor acestei particularităţi. Dintre componentele capitalului instituţional, influenţa cea mai semnificativă asupra rezultatelor economice pe eşantioanele alese o are mediul macroeconomic, iar în cadrul acestuia, ratingul de ţară şi stabilitatea macroeconomică.
