Influenta CD&I asupra Competitivitatii si Specializarii Productiei si Exportului, la nivel European
Abstract
Studiul de faţă relevă modul în care indicii de specializare relativă a producţiei şi exportului diferitelor categorii de produse sunt corelaţi cu nivelul tehnologic al unei ţări, exprimat prin cheltuielile de CD&I şi numărul de brevete solicitate la EPO. Am arătat că statele care investesc în cercetare, cu performanţe în domeniul inovării, se specializează în activităţile tehnologic-intensive, care generează beneficii la nivelul întregii economii naţionale. Totodată, din punct de vedere al diferenţierii produselor (indiferent de industrie), ele (statele) produc şi exportă bunuri cu un nivel calitativ superior, care încorporează importante cheltuieli pentru CD&I şi capital uman, beneficiind de preţuri ridicate ale exporturilor. Considerând clasificarea pe stadii ale producţiei, specializarea lor se realizează în acele bunuri cu cea mai mare valoare adăugată, care încorporează, de asemenea, cheltuieli însemnate pentru CD&I (componente, accesorii şi bunuri de capital).Download Info
