Abstract

Today it is rather difficult to imagine how corporate and individual pensions will look like in future Russia. However, regardless of the specific construction of these pensions, today it is necessary to understand what was wrong in the system of pension savings that appeared 15 years ago; why, unlike dozens of other developing countries in our country, it did not bring the expected results.
