Abstract

The current direction of the development of administrative procedural legislation is being formed so far only in the theory of administrative law. The theoreticians proposed a number of legislative projects "On Administrative Procedures". However, today, the process of forming this part of the administrative procedural legislation is hampered, since the lack of such projects is the lack of scientifically substantiated and practically feasible proposals, which is caused by insufficient theoretical and methodological elaboration of them.
