Abstract

In the framework of this work, foreign and Russian experience in the field of using TPP in public administration is analyzed, tasks are analyzed and segments for the priority use of TPP and its legal regulation are identified, mechanisms for protecting the rights and interests of citizens and legal entities when using TPP in public administration are identified and systematized. Based on the results obtained, a concept has been developed for the development of legal grounds for using distributed registry technology, including blockchain technology, in public administration.
